What to do if one of your U.S. Senators or your U.S. Representative is replaced:
1. Check to see if someone has been appointed to replace the legislator.
2 If not, choose another U.S. Representative from your state and mail a letter to this
legislator.
3. However if you live in one of the states that has an At-Large Representative, there are
only three legislators in your state.
Therefore, if no one has been named to replace the deceased legislator, write to your
governor.
